For as long as we can remember, humans have observed animals and recognised in them qualities, behaviours and characteristics that have become powerful symbols.
The Spirit Animals collection was born from this meeting between the real animal and the symbolic one.
Each volume begins with nature: how the animal lives, communicates, moves and responds to its environment.
From there, the journey moves through myths and traditions from different cultures, exploring the animal as an archetype and Spirit Guide, with practices, reflections and questions that invite you to bring that encounter into your own experience.
This is not about finding ready-made answers.
It is about observing, listening, and making space for what an animal may awaken within you.
